Hannah Cummings, FNP-C sees patients at our Crabapple location on Mondays & Fridays and at our Johns Creek location on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Hannah Cummings attended Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, GA, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, as well as her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the Honor Society in Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, as well as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to joining Internal Medicine Associates of Johns Creek, she served as a registered nurse at Northside Hospital Forsyth, where she received a Patient Care Excellence Nomination.
